What Is The HintShortCuts Property in DelphiVCL.Application?

The HintShortCuts or DelphiVCL.Application.HintShortCuts property is used to specify whether the application’s pop-up Hints include shortcut information.
If HintShortCuts is True, the shortcut information is displayed.
For example, if HintShortCuts is True, the hint for the Cut command might be Cut (Ctrl+X) instead of Cut.
