XML Mapper is the Swiss knife for transforming and mapping XML files.
This is an updated version of the XML Mapper that ships with RAD Studio.
At design time, it defines the mappings between generic XML documents and the data packets that client datasets.
How to install: unpack the content to installation bin folder.
Easter Egg: Type [ALT]+TEAM on the about screen.
XML Mapper is a utility capable of generating XML Transformation files (in the case of XML Mapper, files with extension .xtr). A transformation file, as its name suggests, is a file capable of transforming, or translating an XLM, resulting in another XML file with a specific structure or even another format, such as HTML or plain text. In the case of XML Mapper, the transformation file will be responsible for converting any XML into an XML Data Packet that is compatible with TClientDataSet. In other words, using the XML transformation generated by the XML Mapper it is possible to transform a generic XML into a specific XML for direct use in TClientDataSet!
