Actually it doesn't include full source, the source for Scl12.pas is not included

The source for Scl12.pas will never be released and never will be sold with the source package as firmly said by the Cadodraw people. Read the accompanying file Scl12.txt (in subfolder "vcl"), please.
However, merely this single, particular file is hit by that restrictive policy. For all other units of the package you can buy the sources, called full source package. And exactly this has been provided here. You will never get more than this.
Hopefully, this info will satisfy your objections.

I have no objections, I'm just pointing out that Cadodraw has never been provided with full source code even though it claims it does
